Posse Solutions LLC congratulates our client David Acosta on a grant of parole this morning! David and his wife came to us in early 2022 after David had received a 5-year denial. We immediately went to work with him and enrolled him in our program and certificate courses. David completed everything asked of him. We then prepared his petition to advance the hearing date (PTA) and it was approved in April 2023. David was scheduled for his subsequent hearing today and was GRANTED parole! CONGRATULATIONS!
